1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rhotech’s website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Rhotech provides digital solutions including websites, mobile apps, bulk SMS, USSD codes, digital advertising, branding, and payment integrations. Deliverables, timelines, and fees will be specified in project agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information necessary for project delivery.
  • Ensure that all content provided does not infringe third-party rights or laws.
  • Make payments in accordance with agreed schedules.

4. Payments

Invoices are payable as agreed in the proposal or contract. Late payments may delay delivery. Project ownership transfers to the client only after full payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and materials remain Rhotech’s property until full payment is completed. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client, except for licensed third-party tools or frameworks.

6. Confidentiality

Both Rhotech and the client agree to keep confidential information shared during a project private, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rhotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
